A different
approach to care.

There is a quiet difference in how Jee Estavilla practices psychiatry. It begins with presence.

In a system where appointments are often rushed and decisions are made quickly, she chose to slow down to listen more carefully, to understand more deeply, and to approach care with intention.
Care, at its best, is not rushed. It is thoughtful. It is steady. It is built on understanding. And that is the kind of care Jee Estavilla is committed to providing.
About the Founder

Jee Irene Estavilla is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes that meaningful care begins with something simple, yet often missing—taking the time to truly listen.
Her approach is calm, present, and intentional. She creates a space where you can speak openly, without pressure, and without feeling rushed. Rather than moving quickly to decisions, she takes the time to understand your experience, how your mind works, what you’ve been through, and what has or hasn’t helped.
Patients often come in feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or unheard and leave feeling clearer, more grounded, and genuinely understood.
She works with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, mood changes, and bipolar patterns, with a focus on helping you find balance, clarity, and a treatment approach that truly fits you.
Above all, her care is rooted in respect, humility, and good faith, so you can feel supported in a way that is steady, thoughtful, and real.
Why This Work Matters
Many individuals seeking mental health care have had experiences where they felt unheard, misunderstood, or only partially helped.
They’ve been given medications without clarity.
They’ve been told to “try harder.”
They’ve left appointments with more questions than answers.
Jee recognized this and chose to practice differently.
Her Approach
Her work is grounded in a few core principles:
Time matters: understanding cannot be rushed
Listening is essential: not just hearing, but truly understanding
Care should feel human: not transactional or impersonal
She takes the time to explore patterns: attention, mood, sleep, emotional response, so that care is not just reactive, but thoughtful and aligned.
